After several fulfilling years in the software field, I stepped away from my corporate career to fully dedicate myself to the practice and teaching of yoga, a journey that has brought me deep peace, balance, and purpose.
My yoga practice is deeply rooted in Ashtanga Yoga, with a focus on breath, alignment, and inner awareness. I firmly believe that breathing is the most vital part of our existence — it connects body, mind, and spirit, helping us release stress and restore energy.
